Conscious Performance (1 of 3): what the word means, and what it does not
What does “Conscious Performance” really mean? The first of three parts defines the concept from its Latin root (conscius, “to know”) as performance built on explicit interpretation, proportion and human sustainability. It sets it apart from mindfulness, flow and conscious leadership, and clarifies the origin of the four stages of competence model, wrongly attributed to Maslow.
