Managing Director
Miguel Gurrola is the founder of Conscious Performance GmbH and its scientific business unit, the Applied Research Institute TCPS, SIA. With over 30 years of executive experience and more than 20 years leading applied research projects, he has developed leaders and intercultural teams across more than 70 countries.
His career spans leading multinational companies in aeronautics, consumer goods, chemicals, metalworking, mining and pharmaceuticals. He is passionate about using technology and science to develop people and organizations around a purpose that matters to society.
PIPATH BORISUT
Finance & Administration Manager
Pipath Borisut serves as Administration and Finance Manager at Conscious Performance GmbH, where he oversees the administrative and financial backbone of the firm’s operations across Europe, Asia, and America. He holds dual German and Thai nationality; raised in Germany, he has lived there for the past 45 years, and brings to the firm the cultural fluency that comes from belonging to two worlds at once.
His professional conviction is simple: serving people well requires efficiency and structure, since clarity in processes is what frees colleagues and clients to focus on the work that matters.

Roberto Hernández holds an academic background in Information Technology and Administrative Sciences, and focuses on using science and technology to improve quality of life and effectiveness in individuals, teams and organizations.
With more than 25 years of executive experience in leading multinational companies across education, technology, consumer goods and consulting, he has led over 80 international consulting projects and guided more than 100 career and leadership development processes for middle managers. Committed to research, he has managed over 100,000 data records from more than 80 projects in over 40 countries, covering culture, leadership, high-performance teams, holistic wellbeing and talent development.

Sarahi Sandoval holds a degree in Industrial Relations and a Master’s in Human Development, earned with honors, and approaches organizations with a view that is as rigorous as it is deeply human. She brings more than 14 years of executive experience in multinational companies across food, retail, outsourcing and medical equipment, and her time in Austria and the United States shaped a global outlook and a genuine intercultural sensitivity.
A university lecturer, she has collaborated on over 50 training programs, led more than 25 career and leadership development processes for middle managers, and delivered national cultural evolution, leadership and wellbeing projects that have benefited over 17,000 employees.
ENRIQUE PIEDRA CUEVA
Principal Consultant, focusing on Southern Latin America (Montevideo).
Enrique Piedra Cueva transforms organizations from within, driving cultural change through a method that puts people at the center. He combines academic rigor with practical experience as a teacher, researcher and consultant, bringing over 30 years in the design and delivery of change projects and more than 25 years training people with leadership responsibilities.
He has contributed to institutional and business strengthening in more than 15 countries, working with multinationals, national companies, cooperatives, civil society organizations, public institutions and international bodies. His guiding conviction: cultures transform people, and people transform cultures.
